The location was handy for getting to the airport, about 10 minutes by car, and the Villaspeciosa UTA station was a 6-minute walk away. That walk isn't ideal, since there's no walkway to the station and the only route is along a main road. We went at 6 a.m., when luckily there wasn't much traffic. Our room was cleaned properly every day and smelled lovely. It felt like staying at my parents' home, and I loved that. The staff were warm and friendly. The restaurant opens at 5 p.m.; we had booked breakfast, and that was fine. The Wi-Fi seemed unavailable, and the TV connection wasn't great. The shower leaked and seemed to need some attention. The water flow wasn't good when we tried adjusting the temperature and circulation.

The bathroom was out in the hallway, behind a door you opened with a key, and that hadn't been mentioned. Also, the TV didn't work once during the whole week.

We couldn't sleep on the night of December 25th. Every 20 minutes, the refrigerator motor in the bar downstairs, which they also own, would kick in. I say we spent the night, but really we were awake through it. We'd paid for breakfast, then were sent to a bar that had run out of pastries and juice by 10:30. Embarrassing. I wouldn't recommend it.
