We went because it was the only place in the village of Vacarizzo Albanese and the reviews looked good, but the experience was really disappointing. A kebab listed at €6.50 came to €10.50 on the bill. They charged separately for the fries inside it, as if they were a side portion, and even charged for the mayonnaise and ketchup packets. It was just meat, fries, and sauce, with no tomato, onion, or salad, so we paid €4 extra without any logical explanation. There was also a €2 cover charge per person despite the poor service. We waited a very long time, dishes came late, and we had to ask for many things more than once because the staff seemed distracted or disorganized. Prices felt opaque, management was sloppy, and customer service was nowhere to be found. I absolutely don’t recommend it. If you want honesty and quality, avoid this place.

The house rosé is delicious, and the food is really good. We had excellent pizza too, with well-seasoned toppings and dough that was easy to digest. Such a nice place, definitely worth trying!

Super affordable prices, and the attached B&B is high quality with every comfort. Right in the historic center of Vaccarizzo Albanese, La Rusticheria brings together local tradition, food, wine, history, and hospitality in a way that feels well integrated with the area. It’s family-run, with simple, effective, efficient management. Cosmo really shows his pizza-making skill, using top-quality ingredients. Their certification speaks for itself, and the driver’s professionalism helps turn them into delicious doughs with excellent toppings. A fantastic experience. Five stars for Mr. Corina.

I’ve been here with both friends and family, and the pizza is really, really good. It comes from an electric oven, but the quality ingredients and easily digestible dough mean you won’t miss a wood-fired pizza. The quaint restaurant fits right into the quaint village. Service is quick, the staff are professional and very friendly, and the quality for the price is excellent. Highly recommended.

The only downside was the wait: my family and I ordered five pizzas today and waited 1 hour and 10 minutes. The pizza itself is truly exceptional, though, and otherwise I highly recommend it.
