We had a family room on the south side of the building during the first hot days of summer. The air conditioning wasn’t working, so it was an awful night. We opened the window, but then all the noise from the main street came in. The television was broken too. We told the receptionist, who unfortunately just gave us a few pretty smiles.

Jasmina really looked after us after our long days at the factory. The reception, housekeeping, and restaurant staff were all super friendly during our business trip at the Vald hotel. It’s an older hotel, but it has all the functionality we needed, and we enjoyed our stay.

There’s plenty of parking by the street, the Wi-Fi is good, and breakfast was great with friendly service. The rooms smell a bit old, and I’m personally not a fan of carpet floors everywhere.

Really friendly staff and a good breakfast at this great hotel. I’d recommend the location if you’re working at Inpeco or just stopping by for a while.

The restaurant was very clean, the food was delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful with recommendations for each day. The prices were a little high. With a car, the location is really convenient, and Torino center is only a 15-minute drive away. The pool was closed during our visit at the end of July 2020 because of Covid. If I remember right, booking.com hadn’t mentioned that when I reserved, and having a pool was one of my requirements because of my kids, who were 8 and 5. I could hear nearly everything from the next room, so the walls seem quite thin. Maybe that’s only a problem in the second-floor rooms under the roof, where the walls may be thinner than on the first or ground floor.
