The owner was kind and offered several tips about the area, and breakfast was a good Italian spread. The location and views are lovely, and the rooms are very clean and comfortable, even for a family with two or three children. The drawback is the poor sound insulation: you can hear people talking and toilets flushing in other rooms.

The views from every window are spectacular, and waking up to them was a real treat. This simple, clean B&B sits in a quiet village with few people around, and it's well placed for exploring in different directions. Ms. Luisa is extremely kind. Recommended!

Our attic room had a mezzanine, and the kids insisted on sleeping upstairs. There was room for five, with three beds below and two above, plus a large bathroom and a terrace looking out toward the peaks of the San Sebastiano Group. The rooms and other spaces are furnished in wood and named after the peaks. There's also an attic apartment for five. We came for one night so the kids could visit Palma Park in the snow. The renovated building has a kitchen, stube, fireplace, and breakfast room on the ground floor. Our room had a kettle, coffee maker, cups, tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits, TV, WiFi, hairdryer, and linens. Breakfast downstairs included assorted jams, butter, yogurt and cereals, plenty of teas, soft and tasty breads, milk, coffee, cappuccino, and more. Mrs. Luisa served it and made sure we had what we needed. There are seven rooms and no elevator. Parking is at the back, with access to the rooms. Sound insulation is the one downside, though our night was quiet. It's affordable and highly recommended. A few hundred meters away are two places to eat, one of them serving game.

The owner was kind and helpful, very down to earth, and made me feel right at home. I ended up staying at this B&B almost by chance and left completely satisfied. It's a simple but charming place, and the rooms have what you need, including a kettle and herbal teas for guests. I'll definitely come back.

We were there for one night over the Christmas holidays. The top-floor room had exposed wooden beams and a view of the mountains, and the rustic mountain house felt warm and welcoming. Hospitality was excellent, and the owner served a fantastic breakfast with homemade jams. The mattress was a little uncomfortable, though.
