After a day on the slopes, the spa was a relaxing, beautifully cared-for place to unwind. The half-board dinners were consistently impressive, with excellent ingredients and thoughtful presentation. Our spacious, elegant Panorama Room had striking mountain views, and the hotel blends Alpine character with a comfortable, quietly refined style. Getting to the slopes was easy, with a short distance and an efficient golf cart service that worked especially well for our family. From the time we booked, the owners communicated personally and attentively, which gave us confidence. The owners and team showed real care, and the service felt considered rather than mechanical. We appreciated their professionalism and transparency throughout our memorable winter stay at Bärenhotel in Valdaora, and would gladly return. Thank you for a warm, well-run Alpine holiday.

Annalucia deserves a special thank you. She was a wonderful server and made our visit all the more memorable. We loved the stunning views and enjoyed every meal, while the bar had a great selection and our bedroom was wonderfully cozy. The gym was well equipped, the town drop-off service was handy, and the massage was deeply relaxing. The customer service throughout was top notch. Such an unforgettable stay!

The atmosphere was cheerful from morning to night, and the staff were always smiling and couldn't have been more helpful. Eugene and Renate have clearly put a lot of work into building such a lovely connection between staff and guests. We had an amazing three days at this gorgeous hotel. Our beautiful room had a balcony and a fantastic view, wherever it faced. There was so much for relaxing: saunas, a jacuzzi, an indoor-outdoor pool, a wellness spa and a gym. I'd happily recommend it. 😊

The staff were polite, the owner made a point of being friendly with every guest, and the hotel welcomes dogs, all big pluses for us. The food was delicious, and our room was clean, cozy and comfortable. The ski slopes are right nearby, with a ski bus that goes straight to the lift. And the pool and saunas were incredible. We're definitely coming back!

I'd come back anytime. The rooms are spacious, and the staff were the friendliest I've come across. The pool and sauna area is excellent for kids and adults alike, dinner was great, and the ride to and from the ski lift took no time.
