C-Rooms

Nice place.

The place itself is gorgeous, peaceful, and homey, and the issues we ran into were dealt with promptly. At check-in, which happens at another property, we arrived at 3 PM and found the fridge wasn’t working. No big deal, the staff quickly brought us the one from the kitchen. Later, I spotted a handwritten “Do not open” note on the window, but it was open and wouldn’t shut. Since our room was on the ground floor, a very kind receptionist moved us upstairs. We had a stroller and all, so that was a bit awkward. The rooms may be a little small, and the pool a little dirty. Still, it’s a fantastic place that could use a bit more attention. I’d say the stay was positive, though management could improve. Maybe it deserves even 5 stars. One last thing: I asked about a paid late checkout and was told the property was full. I understood, but explained we’d leave the room on time and clear out of the common areas before the other guests arrived. They gave us an extra 60 minutes.

The bedding was comfortable, and there’s a private underground garage. The place has a self-catering pool, coffee machine with beans, refrigerator, dishwasher, TV, and gym. It’s very well located, about 30 minutes from Como and Lecco. Everything was great.

Really happy with it. The design is great, tastefully decorated, comfortable, quiet, discreet, and clean. Everything is fully automated, breakfast is available, and the staff who serve you treat you well.
