The room was beautiful, and our panoramic view over the ski slope was a real highlight. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional, and the hotel's location near the slopes is excellent. The wellness area is nice, but there were always children and teenagers jumping into the pool and making lots of noise, so it felt more like an aqua park than a place to relax. Dinner was a complete letdown, and breakfast had very little variety, with several basic items missing. There aren't any restaurants nearby, either. For the price, the room was the only part that felt worthwhile.

Being close to the slopes is the hotel's one real advantage, though the view includes the huge cable car pillars. The room was extremely basic, with no kettle or coffee machine, visible stains in several places and blankets that were too short. Breakfast was very disappointing: many things were missing, and we kept having to ask staff to refill the buffet. Even croissants weren't available. When we asked, they said we'd have to wait 20 minutes for them to bake some for us. Dinner took far too long to arrive, and the prices were exorbitant. Other hotels nearby offer much better quality for significantly less. This stay was overpriced and not worth the money. A total disappointment. Pay attention: the hotel's reply isn't true! The breakfast issue is a total lie! Nearby hotels are cheaper and better.

We had a beautiful three-night stay, with a stunning location, very good service and spotless rooms. Alessia at breakfast deserves a special mention. She served us every morning, was so friendly and clearly loved her job. She made us feel welcome, joked around with us, and remembered our orders by the next day without needing to ask. That personal touch made the stay even nicer. Highly recommended, we'd definitely return!

The mountain view from our room was beautiful, and breakfast was delicious, made with fresh ingredients. We’d meant to book Hotel H**** next door, but it was full, so we ended up at Berghotel Zirm and were blown away by how good the service was. Everyone was so kind and friendly. There were lots of facilities we never got to try, and we regretted booking such a short stay. We can’t wait to come back.
