WARNING! DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!!! This was the most insulting, horrible, nasty, disrespectful, and greedy host I've ever met. She belittled us, kept watching us through her cameras, was completely unwilling to accommodate us, and repeatedly demanded large amounts of cash for whatever reason she could come up with. We booked two apartments online for six people, although they could sleep eight. At the last minute, we added one person for our three-day stay and told her when we arrived. She was furious about the change. She insulted us and sent awful texts calling us thieves, stupid, and disrespectful, and saying we had to pay right away in cash. We just wanted a peaceful holiday, so we agreed to her demand of 450€ cash for the extra person, even though we knew it was much more than the booking.com rate. That still didn't appease her. She kept insulting us by text, and I can easily add proof of those messages to this review. One evening, we invited our family member, who was competing at the Olympics in Livigno, to have dinner at the apartment. They didn't stay overnight, just had dinner. On departure day, the host screamed at us and demanded another 100€ in cash for the "unallowed visit." Since she knew about the invitation so precisely, the confrontation made us suspect there were cameras inside the apartment as well as outside. She reported us to the local police when we refused to pay that €100. Do NOT book here. We hated our stay. The host only wanted our money, not to make the visit pleasant. She was a horrible, disgraceful person and left a sour taste in our Olympics experience. Her reply to this review will show you what kind of woman she is. I can only assume it will be full of lies and more insults.

Roberta was a very friendly and helpful host during our week at Chalet Roberta with two adults. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped, and we went on some wonderful hikes nearby. We especially enjoyed Refugio Viola and Chiesa San Colombana, where we took the gondola up.

Roberta was a warm, polite, and helpful hostess. We hope we can come back. The apartment was spotless, better than the photos, and had top-quality furniture and equipment, plus a very comfortable bed. The location was great too, with easy access to other destinations. Thank you!

Fabiano and Roberta were so kind and helpful that they made us feel at home. Chalet Roberta is extremely well cared for, with warm, clean, welcoming rooms and a fully equipped kitchen. We loved the spectacular Valtellina peaks from the windows. It's a great fit if you want relaxation, nature, and an authentic feel, with Bormio and the ski resorts just a few kilometers away. Thank you so much ❤️ We'll definitely be back!

Chalet Roberta in Pradelle, in beautiful Valdidentro a short distance from Bormio, made for an unforgettable stay. The house has all the comforts of home and feels welcoming right away. We were especially impressed by how spotless it was and the care taken with hygiene, which felt reassuring at the time. The chalet's mix of wood and stone gives it a rustic, authentic mountain feel. It was bitterly cold outside, but inside it was warm and cozy. The owners' distinctive hospitality stood out too. Their passion and determination in pursuing a dream made the stay feel personal and special. It's an ideal mountain retreat if you want traditional charm, homely warmth, and attentive, enthusiastic hosting. We'll definitely return. Highly recommended!
