By far my worst experience in Italy so far. The listing says dogs are welcome, but the staff seemed angry about our dog, and there were also two aggressive dogs running loose outside. The room was nothing like the pictures. Instead of a cozy place, we found something that felt like an old hospital, with a very bad urine smell in the bathroom. We ran away from this nightmare and are still waiting for our money back, but they refuse to return it. They misled us about the room and the hospitality, then kept our money. A very sad and awful experience.

It's a pleasant hotel with a fantastic view, but you can hear your neighbors because the rooms aren't soundproofed. Make sure to try the homemade torta alle noci at breakfast!

Mr. Roberto and his family made us feel very welcome during our ski vacation at Hotel Cedrone. The ski rental shop, restaurants, and ski school are all family-run and on the premises. Both restaurants serve wonderful meals, with superb service. It's a hidden gem, only 3-1/2 hr drive from Milan Malpensa Airport.

The staff are so nice, and breakfast comes with local traditional prosciutto and cheese. It's a lovely family-run hotel with a great view of both Bormio and Cima Bianca.
