We were charged the environmental fee twice. I messaged about it after checkout and never got a reply. It was only around 10 euros, but that still isn't acceptable and felt arrogant and unprofessional.

Mr Silvano made us feel very welcome, which made for an amazing stay. Breakfast was great, with lots of variety. I'd definitely come back.

They made a real effort to cater for our gluten-free and vegan diets, both at the restaurant and the B&B. Great service, thanks! We'll be back in the winter.
