Agriturismo Vedova

On our 19-day trip to Italy, Vedova was probably the best hotel. We drink their Prosecco in the U.S. and wanted to visit what we call the “Motherland,” so we were glad we made the trip. The balcony view was gorgeous, and the room was spacious and felt upscale, with even a Bluetooth speaker built into the ceiling. I went for a run into Valdobbiadene and came across the end of a cycling race. Being able to get easily to the finish line and team buses was an extra bonus. Sebastian hosted our wine tasting, and we thought the Prosecco sold in Italy was much nicer than what we drink in the U.S. Dinner and breakfast were both excellent too. A five-star stay from arrival to departure, and we’d definitely visit again on our next Italy trip.

We’ve now stayed at Agriturismo Vedova twice, this time for three nights with friends, and it’s our go-to place in the area. Our balcony had a beautiful view, and the room was comfortable and very clean. Breakfast offered lots of excellent choices, dinner in the restaurant was delicious, and the prosecco was superb. The property is great and the service was just as good. Everyone on staff was kind and attentive to what we needed. Special thanks to Alessandro and Alessandra for being so thoughtful and caring. You helped make this stay memorable, and we’ll be back. I highly recommend it if you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Valdobbiadene.

The wine tastes even better here than it does at home, and their Col Fondo is my favorite. We loved the terrace room, the winery views, and the great breakfast. Absolutely top notch, with nothing to complain about. We’ll definitely return.

My parents came from Mexico, and after two weeks in Italy this was one of their favorite places. I loved it too. It’s charming, has stunning views, and the service is exceptional. The food was delicious as well. I’ll definitely be back.
