The staff were really kind, and the hotel was clean. But breakfast wasn't self-service, which was inconvenient and disappointing. The rooms could use renovation, too. In our triple room, the window wouldn't open, and with the temperature over 30 degrees, sleeping was impossible.

The staff were very friendly and attentive, and the cleaning team kept my room spotless. I liked that they serve you breakfast rather than having you pick it up from a buffet, and they use lots of regional products. The location is great, close enough to the center that many places are within walking distance. The hotel seems old, and my room could do with some updates. Noise carried easily, especially from direct neighbors. For a longer stay, I'd suggest choosing a room away from the street and on an upper level.

Hotel Diana is right in town, just steps from the main center, and only a short drive from a wide range of wineries. The team made our company event a wonderful experience. Many thanks to Sauro, Sara, and everyone at Hotel Diana for being so attentive, helpful, welcoming, and caring throughout our stay.

The restaurant food was great, and the staff were really friendly. We also appreciated the free parking and that the hotel welcomes dogs. The rooms were a bit small, and the bathrooms could use an update, though the main areas of the hotel were nice. Hotel Diana is very well placed, just a short walk into town and to lots of prosecco tastings. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

If you like friendly service, cold showers, and a 90s standard with cigarette smells lingering in the old carpets, then this is a yes. Sorry, but the hotel needs urgent refurbishment. It doesn't meet 2024 standards.
