We had a wonderful week in Apartment 1. It's a small place but feels warm and welcoming, with modern furnishings and a large terrace overlooking San Giovanni. There's also storage for 3-4 bikes, which was a great bonus 🚲 👌 😁. One minor annoyance was the master bedroom light, which flickers unpredictably. Otherwise, a beautiful apartment.

A very good place, comfortable in terms of services and just right for a nice holiday.

The apartment is clean and right in the town center, close to supermarkets, a pizzeria, and a bus stop. The included Sudtirol Holiday Pass lets you ride buses and trains throughout South Tyrol for free.

The place is well set up for a stay: there’s a Spar diagonally across the side street, the public bus stops nearby and is free with the tourist card you get on arrival, and the ski bus is about 100 m away. The main road above gets quite a bit of traffic, though we weren’t bothered by the pizzeria downstairs. Key pickup at Hotel Stifter was easy, and you drive right past it. The apartment is modern, nicely furnished, and has good storage in the hallway cupboards. There are dishes for six, a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and three TVs, two in the living area and one in the double room. Two people can sleep comfortably on the sofa bed in the living area. The double bedroom is normal sized; the bunk-bed room for children is very small and has no window. Entry to the Cascade indoor pool, about a 10-minute drive away, is included. The bathroom heater was broken, so I took off one point, but it was fixed after three days. We’d come again.
