Sepp's guided hikes showed us the beauty of the Dolomites, and the spa and saunas were a wonderful way to relax and reset. The masseuse was great too. We loved the fresh, tasty food, especially dinner, and Amit and Constantine were so thoughtful and welcoming. Everyone we met was friendly and engaging. Elias patiently answered all our questions while we were new to the region and couldn't speak Italian or German. The hotel felt clean and welcoming, with breathtaking views. It was our favorite hidden gem of our Europe tour, and such a memorable stay that we definitely plan to return. Thank you for a great experience!

The hotel, location and wellness area were nice, and the room, breakfast and lunch buffet were OK. Dinner was the letdown: nothing special and lacking flavor. At 55 euros per person, I expected more. Still, everything else was great, so I’d give it four stars.
