We planned to spend four days at Residence Bannwald and ended up staying eight. It was such a great place to return to after busy days exploring the Dolomites, tucked away in a beautiful, quiet valley. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating, and the stay was great value for what you get. I can't recommend it enough as a base for exploring.

We had an unforgettable holiday in a wonderful house, welcomed by a kind and warm family. Their love of nature and animals really shows. The chickens were lovely, and the rabbits were wonderful and clearly well cared for.

The large garden was a lovely place for the children, with games and animals to look at, and there’s even a small library. Beate was happy to show the children the animals and spend time with them. The rooms were clean and well cared for, with a breathtaking view. The owners were friendly and ready to help with our needs. A gorgeous place for a family holiday, with the peaceful Casies Valley all around.
