We arrived on September 10 and ended up staying two nights, even though we’d planned on just one. It was nearly the end of the season, and the restaurant was closed, but Theresa and Capo Pasqual still made us a lovely simple dinner the first evening. The next night they cooked a wonderful multi-course meal for us and two other guests. We had such a great evening. Stella the dog led us all the way to the lovely beach, stayed there with us, then walked back to the campsite. Back at camp, Luvola the cat came to visit several times a day. Theresa and her husband were the best hosts. We would’ve stayed longer if our travels had allowed it. Thank you so much!

The sandy beach below the Capo Rizzuto rocks is just a short walk away, and our shaded pitch beneath the Eukalyptus trees was so peaceful. The sanitary facilities were spotless, with hot showers and electricity included in the price. Stefano and his family shared a range of local specialities and made us feel their warm hospitality, rooted in family tradition. We enjoyed our stay so much and would love to come back. We only managed two nights before heading on to Sicily, and really wished we could have stayed longer. Stefano and his family greeted us with smiles, and the small campsite has the comforts you need for a relaxed stay: a bar, market, restrooms, and a restaurant with excellent home-style cooking. Families are well catered for too. The entertainment team is discreet and gets even shy teenagers involved. The beach is 300 meters away, with red sand and a spring flowing straight into the sea. It feels like a place where you can settle in and feel at home.
