On August 18th, the deposit wasn’t returned. During the stay I found hair on the beds and pillows, dishes stained with food, and just one towel in the bathroom, which had been used by previous guests. The accommodation was dirty, there were no Covid precautions or green pass checks, and there was no kitchenette equipment, so we had to use a shared kitchen. Absolutely avoid.

Friends of mine ran into reservation problems with Expedia, and the woman answering the phone did nothing to help them find a solution. She was exceptionally rude, and since I’d recommended the property, it made me look bad. It seemed like she couldn’t say anything but “no.” I’d tell the owners to be more careful about who they hire. Other properties nearby were much more welcoming and helpful.

The infinity pool was spotless and well cared for. Our room was clean and had its own kitchen, plus there’s a shared kitchen downstairs with everything for cooking and a dishwasher. The man at reception was really kind and helpful. Amazing place.

Lovely setting, surrounded by greenery, with a big garden and swimming pool. It’s only 5 minutes from Vallo della Lucania. Excellent.

After travelling for 5 and a half hours, we arrived and were told the place was actually closed. They said it was because of Covid.
