Our room had plenty of space and everything we needed, and we really enjoyed staying at Piccola Perla. We came with our two children, aged 13 and 2.5. The hotel is cosy and lovely, and the location worked perfectly for us, close to MagicLand and Valmontone Outlet. Walking there took no more than 25 minutes, even with a stroller and a toddler who always wanted to be in the stroller and on daddy's neck at the same time 😂 By car, it's only 3-5 minutes to either the park or outlet. The host was so nice and supportive throughout our stay, and gave us lots of information about Valmontone, MagicLand, and the outlet. We'll definitely come back to Magic Land and Piccola Perla Hotel!

There’s a small supermarket close by, and the park is only 3 km away, so the location is really handy. We stayed for one night after buying a two-day park package with a hotel at the Rainbow.

Mrs. Loredana was so kind and helpful, with great suggestions for places to see and restaurants nearby. The room was spotless, clean, and welcoming, and the location was ideal, close to both MagicLand and the city center.

It was our second stay here, and this B&B will always be our favorite. We arrived yesterday with a baby and asked whether we could check in earlier than planned because of the intense heat. The lady said yes right away. The rooms were clean, the sheets fresh, and the air conditioning could be adjusted individually.

The Emerald Room was warm and spotless when we arrived, and had herbal tea, biscuits, a small bottle of water, and coffee pods. We stayed here with my partner for a Magicland visit. It’s on the ground floor and has its own entrance, which was handy, and the room felt welcoming with all the amenities we needed. Loredana said Magicland was a 3-minute drive away, and Rome is reachable by train or car. The hostess was kind and available whenever we needed anything. If we’re in the area again, this will be our first choice. I’d recommend it to everyone.
