I spent one night at this B&B. The general atmosphere wasn’t bad, but the other guests were a problem. There was an unsettling laugh from one room, while an Egyptian family was sleeping in the room next door. Then, at 4:00 a.m., after a heated argument between the couple, we heard a loud thud against the wall. Terrifying.

I can’t see any real advantage, not even the location near the center. For €35, I’d rather stay at a hotel outside the center and drive in. This place was dirty, the sheets had holes, and the bathrooms were unsanitary. I couldn’t even tell what was on the shower floor. I don’t understand how Booking.com could list somewhere like this. A crazy place.

Never again. This place should be avoided. My stay was miserable, and it cost €55, though he even asked for €70. I wish I could attach photos of where I ended up. The sheets had holes and cigarette burns. Basically, refugees are better off than I was.

There are a couple of positives: the B&B is in a fairly central area and the Wi-Fi is good. Inside the converted apartment, though, the environment was awful and neglected, with dirt everywhere and a constant bleach smell. The door opening system didn’t work properly and took 10 minutes of calls from two different cell phones to get fixed. The room was filthy, some light bulbs were missing, and electrical outlets were coming out of the walls with wires exposed. Slats were missing or badly placed on both the double bed and sofa bed, making back pain a sure thing. The pillows and blankets were stained, the towels were old or dirty, and some were torn. The bathroom’s sliding door was two fingers from the wall, there was no fan, and there was no hot water, so we had to use the shared bathrooms. The toilet was mounted very high on the wall. The room window had a faulty handle and broken lock, and the room wasn’t soundproofed. The price for this service felt like robbery.
