Rainbow Sweet Rooms

The stay was okay, though not what I’d expected. The price for the service felt too high.

The self check-in worked really well, and the rooms were carefully looked after, with their own entrances. I appreciated finding bathrobes too, which you can’t take for granted at a B&B. The property is well maintained and has secure parking. It’s just three minutes from the highway exit, with road signs making it easy to find, so it’s a good place for a stopover. My only small suggestion, and I don’t mean it as a criticism, is that a mini-fridge in the room would have been useful. I had a great stay and expect this to become a regular stop on future trips between northern and southern Italy.

The place seemed nice, though we were there for just one night and I noticed quite a few issues. The TV didn’t get many channels clearly, and one bedside lamp was burnt out. There were only two outlets, both far from the bed. The bedside tables had holes for USB ports, but one set didn’t work and the other was broken. I also found dust above the cabinet where the minibar clearly wasn’t, and a fairly large cobweb when I moved the window curtain.

It feels like a two-star hotel, only there’s no staff around. It was clean, at least. I’d give the service zero stars since there’s nobody to compare it with.
