Gianni was a great host and did everything to make us comfortable and feel at home. We and our children loved all the space and the well-kept gardens. The house and entire estate are amazing, and well situated for exploring beautiful Umbria. Highly recommended for any kind of holiday!

In June 2023, my whole family rented Cerqua Villa, all five apartments, for a full week in Italy. We enjoyed every minute. Gianni is a wonderful, caring man who made sure everyone had what they needed. Whenever something came up, he fixed it within minutes. We loved spending time by the pool, playing with Lila the dog, and meeting the chickens and donkeys. It was so peaceful, and the scenery was beautiful. We’ll absolutely come back one day. Thank you for everything, Gianni.

It’s a quiet place in beautiful surroundings, with spacious, well-equipped rooms and comfortable beds. The pool water was perfect. It worked well for meeting friends and for a family holiday. I was there and drank wine :-) The owner was very nice and helpful. I recommend it and send greetings.

Gianni made our stay. He’s always around for guests and knows just where to go for a good lunch or dinner, and which places are worth visiting. We stayed in the spacious Budleja apartment, which was spotless, nicely furnished, and had a large kitchen with everything we needed. The terrace and its magnificent view were another highlight. We’ll definitely be back! ;)
