B&B Why not Jona?

The morning view over the sea, with greenery all around, was a lovely way to wake up, and breakfast was fabulous. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless, and everything was nicely furnished. The woman who runs the place sent clear instructions and helpful suggestions for making the most of the house and room. A lovely surprise, highly recommended.

The setting is beautiful, with a maritime feel throughout and a sea view framed by the valley and greenery. It’s quiet up here, but only about five minutes from the city noise. We had a wonderful weekend and would definitely stay here again if we return to Varazze. We arrived around 7 PM on Saturday, and the owner kindly showed us around and suggested restaurants since it was already late. In the morning she made us a lovely breakfast with delicious brioche, then gave us two complimentary packs of Ligurian focaccia. She was incredibly kind. Thank you so much.

The rooms and building feel bright and airy, and they’re equipped with every comfort. The owner was extremely kind and helpful. Set on a peaceful hillside, the place is relaxing while still close to the sea. Its location near the Varazze and Celle Ligure motorway junctions and Varazze train station also makes it handy for exploring the Ligurian Riviera.

It felt like love at first sight. After a long search online last Thursday, I called late in the evening and was immediately struck by the lady’s kindness. We booked for the weekend and found a charming place that felt like home, with everything we needed, from an iron to all the bathroom essentials. Breakfast the next day was excellent, with different kinds of focaccia, and kept us going until dinner. We ate it on a terrace with a stunning little view of the sea. We’ll definitely come back, even outside the season. Enchanting.
