Diana was so friendly and attentive with emails, and even helped us book the best restaurants. Al Prato was a lovely meal, too. Our two nights in Varenna were wonderful. The accommodation was spotless, and the daily little touches, water, coffee and chocolates by the bed, made us smile. Varenna is beautiful and completely stole our hearts. Grazie Mille Diana!

Diana welcomed us to Casa Contrada Bella so warmly and took time to explain the suite, then share ideas for things to do and places to eat. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated. We'd highly recommend her lovely hotel in Varenna.

This was our second stay at Casa Contrada Bella, and we'd definitely return again. Diana was in touch before and throughout the visit, and everything from check-in to leaving went smoothly. The property and room are fantastic, very clean and comfortable, right in the centre of the village. Highly recommended.

Diana took the time to explain how to get around Lake Como and was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Casa Contrada Bella is right in the heart of Varenna, convenient and extremely clean. Highly recommend!

Diana is a gracious host, and the room was charming, spacious, with a comfortable bed. The location in Varenna is wonderful, just around the corner from the square and in a sweet spot on Lake Como. It was perfect for our daughters. We'll be back!
