The first thing I noticed was how much it felt like home. I spent a week in this little corner of heaven right by the lake, surrounded by nature, and it was a lovely place to unwind and reconnect with myself. You can easily follow a lakeside path into Varenna. The house had everything in its place: a comfortable kitchen, cozy living room, two well-organized bedrooms, and a practical bathroom. The best part was the wonderful terrace under a fragrant wisteria, with such a beautiful view. The owners, Alessandro, Caterina, and sweet Eleonora, were thoughtful and kind. A top recommendation if you're after a relaxed place. I hope to return soon. Thank you!

Beautiful apartment with an amazing view of Lago di Como. The extra charge for the dog was a bit of a shock, though Varenna is worth every euro. I wasn't keen on the check-in process, but honestly, we'll be back one day.

The lake views are incredible, and the house was spotless. It’s a great spot for some peace and quiet, whether you’re here as a couple or with kids. We’ll definitely come back.

We had a wonderful week in this lovely house, especially enjoying the fantastic view. One bedroom could use a mosquito net, though, and it was hard to find the path to the beach because someone had blocked it.
