We’ve traveled around Italy and elsewhere for years as three couples of friends, and never had a reason to complain before. I’m writing this because reviews matter when you’re choosing somewhere to stay, and this was by far our worst experience. It was a negative one. The rooms weren’t as promised. We were told they’d all have private bathrooms and be on the same floor, but one had its own bathroom, another shared one, and the third was downstairs from the bathroom. There was also a passage through the cleaning lady’s storage area, which we only found out about later. She needed to get her things at 8 in the morning. She was very kind, but the owner said we had to clean the rooms and bathroom ourselves and make our own beds. She only cleaned outside the rooms. There was no registration when we arrived. Breakfast was in a shared kitchen, and if several guests were there together, there wasn’t room for everyone at the table. COVID rules couldn’t be assured in that situation. We also had to wash our cups and other things, which I’ve never encountered elsewhere. After paying the cleaning lady, we’re supposed to receive a bill from Bouking, since she only reported the payment on the owner’s behalf. It felt more like a hostel than a B&B, and not at the rates we paid. Best wishes.

Clean, with convenient parking, and the owner is friendly. Still, I’d call this a room rental rather than a B&B, and it’s suitable for one night at most. The area isn’t very nice, and it doesn’t meet the criteria for a B&B.

The rooms are clean, and breakfast is good. It’s self service in the kitchen, which also has a smoking area. The Jacuzzi is great for unwinding. Inside, everything is elegant and very well kept, and the place feels like home as soon as you arrive. The owner is friendly, helpful, and does their best to meet your needs.
