Fresh croissants were waiting each morning, and the owner’s homemade oriental tea was fantastic. The fridge had everything we needed, and the linens were changed every three days. It’s a charming B&B for a great price, and the owners were always kind and helpful. The shared bathroom was the only drawback, though during Covid each guest had their own bathroom, which meant they gave up one room. I’d stay again.
I wouldn’t recommend this place. It’s a guesthouse, not really a B&B, and the owner mentioned a large bathroom on the phone without saying it was shared by the four rooms upstairs. You can run into other guests when you go out to shower. The beds are small, the fridge was nearly empty, without even a bottle of water, and the owner was always downstairs in the entrance hall, which felt intrusive. After three nights we left in a hurry and found a proper B&B. He didn’t even ask us for our documents, so it all felt under the table. Rating: 0.
We were disappointed that the owner kept an eye on us around the clock, even though the B&B itself was excellent.
