Worst. The rules mean nothing to them. Breakfast is... no comment.

We booked this B&B by phone because Booking.com said pets were allowed and the price was €70. As soon as we arrived, there was a problem with our small pet. During the four days we stayed, the room was never cleaned and the bed was never made. They asked just once, one morning, if we wanted fresh towels. On the last day we ran out of toilet paper, and no one brought any. The room had no air conditioning, just a wall fan that barely worked, while it was 35 degrees Celsius outside during the day. On the third day, when we had to change rooms, the manager demanded €85 per night plus breakfast. I was the only one who ate breakfast, and only a couple of times, since it was very meager. I preferred going to the bar, where I paid less than €7 per person, as the website indicated. We'd been told we could leave the room between 10:30 and 11:00 AM on checkout day, but the manager came at 9:45 AM to collect cash and told us to leave by 10:00 AM or it would literally be "a mess." We rarely saw the manager, and only when we requested payment in cash because the "POS was out of order."

The huge lawn is well kept, which makes this a great fit for me when I travel with my dog. The rooms are comfortable, and the owner is very friendly. It's in a great location and has an extremely comfortable, peaceful atmosphere. Ideal if you want a few quiet hours.

We found this place by chance, and it was a lovely surprise. The owners were very kind, and the setting is quiet and green, just a stone's throw from Velletri. Recommended.
