Club Hotel Residence

We had such a lovely stay and would be happy to come back. The hotel itself was very nice, and everyone we met was incredibly helpful and friendly. Staff across the hotel spoke several languages, not just at reception. Slava and the others made a real impression on us. It was a pleasure meeting them. Monika and family

The restaurant was a real highlight, especially the fresh seafood, served with care. My room was quiet and very clean, with a wonderfully comfortable bed. The pool was a great bonus, and the common areas were elegant and clearly well looked after. Everyone working there was professional but still friendly. A welcoming, well-maintained place for a seaside break, and one I'd gladly visit again.

The staff were kind and helpful, and the evening desserts were genuinely good. Beyond that, the food was a letdown: lunch and dinner were forgettable, the pasta and rice were always undercooked, and there wasn't much to choose from. The appetizer buffet barely changed, and breakfast was disappointing too, with hard bread and very little variety. I've had better food in a hospital. Our room was decent, though the cleaning felt rushed and it wasn't spotless. The restaurant also wasn't as close as the description suggested. There was no entertainment, special event, or themed evening. We won't be coming back.

Breakfast was very good, while lunch and dinner were only average. The dining staff's manners were disappointing: even when we thanked them and spoke politely, they wouldn't look at us or reply. The two receptionists also seemed mediocre at their jobs, and could have been more courteous. The lifeguard was the one staff member who was friendly and polite. We were only there for a first visit, and the renovated building had clean, spacious, modern rooms, but there was no hair dryer and the outlets were far from the bed. The hotel is just a few meters from the sea and has a pool. One evening we asked about bikes and lost 20 minutes before learning the hotel had keys for bikes that weren't available. The receptionist didn't apologize for the inconvenience, though she was very considerate.
