Our apartment was clean, tidy, and, most of all, smelled lovely. The sea view was gorgeous, with a breathtaking panorama, and it looked out over a well-equipped seafront promenade with a bike path. Check-in is at the main building, "La Baia di Ulisse," at number 15, just 300 meters from Nettuno Bay. The smiling staff were waiting for us and offered coffee, biscuits, and several juices. The owner greeted us with a wonderful smile and made us feel right at home. We also got a complimentary VIP card at check-in, with a discount at their "Summer Pub" restaurant and pizzeria. We’ll definitely be back soon and will recommend it to our friends.

The room was spacious, but poorly kept. There were no bedside tables, just a substandard extension cord near the bed, and the glass door let in light with no way to black it out. The refrigerator was noisy, and the kitchenette was quite dirty and outdated. There was noise at all hours, all for the modest rate of €150 a night. Not recommended. I’m attaching the payment receipt because the owner doesn’t remember how much he charges. Also, the positive reviews are from several years ago. I forgot to mention, they never showed me any videos.

We had a great week at this residence right by the sea. The beach is beautiful, with fine sand, and we found everything clean and tidy. I don’t understand some of the reviews I read. There are recycling bins, but they don’t smell, and I saw the girls washing them every day.

The aparthotel is now called labaianettuno. We stayed in number 17, fronte di mare, and had perfect weather and a fantastic view of the Aeolian Islands, including Vulcano and Lipari. There was only a slight smell from the bathroom. There’s also a kindergarten next door, so it gets quite lively!
