We had a wonderful four-day stay as a couple. One of the best parts was a hike with Daniela, who made it feel special and enjoyable. The staff were attentive and friendly, and the service was excellent. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated and very clean. Breakfast had lots of variety and tasted great, and dinner was outstanding. We warmly recommend this hotel.

We spent my husband's birthday here with our toddler, and this quickly became one of our favourite hotels and holidays. From the warm welcome to the breathtaking views, every detail felt cared for. The team communicated thoughtfully and delivered lovely service with so much heart. Thank you all for the care and great work.

We loved the afternoon cake, and there was plenty to choose from at both breakfast and dinner. The SPA was good too, with infusion sessions. Staff were friendly and excellent, and our room was spacious. The hotel has wonderful views over the Passeier Valley and is well placed for walks there, cycling to Merano or visiting Bolzano. It's a beautiful place, and we'd recommend it to everyone. Kind regards, Family Verstraeten

The food was consistently outstanding. Breakfast had a superb buffet, lunch was light and healthy, and every dinner menu we tried was five-star quality. The rooms and the views were amazing, and both the staff and service were simply wonderful. It's a peaceful hotel too. We'll definitely be back. Thank you.
