The area was quiet and handy, with bus and tram stops easy to reach, and breakfast was included for us and was good. Our room was about 20m² and had only the basics. You should know this doesn't really feel like a 4-star hotel.

My friend got cold, and the staff helped me a lot. They were really friendly, and it’s a very nice hotel.

Getting around was easy: the bus and train stations were close, we didn't need a taxi, and the airport was just 15 minutes away. I picked the hotel after seeing the pictures and reviews, which looked promising, but I probably wouldn't return. The biggest letdown was breakfast. We arrived at 7:09, nine minutes after it began, but most tables were reserved and nobody helped us until I asked where we could sit. There was very little food, and it took over 15 minutes for anything to be replenished. The selection was still poor, especially compared with the 3-star hotel we'd stayed at in Florence, so we went to a local café for a proper breakfast. My flight was before breakfast officially started at 7, so I asked politely if I could get something early. The receptionist said rudely that it wasn't possible and that it was my problem, then offered to make me a coffee “as charity.” I declined, since we'd already paid for breakfast. The next morning, another receptionist offered me coffee and a croissant when I handed over the keys, so there were options after all. I didn't have time to stop before my flight. A little kindness and flexibility would've made a real difference. The room was roomy but not very clean; someone's things were under the bed. There was no safe, glasses, or kettle. The walls were thin and we heard the neighbors, though we knew that before booking. The receptionist who first greeted us was polite but not warm, unlike the staff we met in Rome and Florence. Service and breakfast left a lot to be desired.

After we had finished breakfast, they brought out the really good food: lots of tasty bread and vegetables 😭😭😭. Dinner, though, was so salty. I think this hotel is really not good, and I won't book again. We'll tell our friends 😭😭😭. It really hurt. I'm sending this after my first visit to Italy, not for revenge. That's worthless. We were a tour group of 25 people from Japan visiting Italy for 8 days, and this is how all of us felt, not just me. We know you may think you should serve delicious food to your VIP guests, but it wasn't good to change out the food we'd left and show us the replacement!
