Hotel Alle Torri

The woman at reception was pleasant and very helpful, and it was easy to catch a bus straight into Venice. The hotel is okay for a night, though I wouldn't want to stay much longer. The wall seemed paper thin. The neighbor kept bringing up phlegm, which was unpleasant, and his alarm woke me at 6. I couldn't settle on a rating, somewhere between 3 and 4 stars, maybe 3.5.

The bus stop is right in front of the hotel, and Venice is a 15-20 minute ride away. The staff were friendly and the service was great. The bedroom and bathroom were clean and comfortable, with conditioner, a fridge, and anything you want. Room service is available too. Thank you Alle torri 🥰👌🥰

We had a nice stay and no complaints about the hotel itself. It's a pleasant little place on the outskirts of Venice with decent prices, and the 53E bus stop is right outside and takes you into the city. We'd definitely stay again. Our only issue was arriving late in the evening after reception had closed. A phone number was posted on the door, but both of us had network trouble while abroad. Eventually we got a text through, received the pincode for the room, and got instructions for entering the hotel. I do wonder what we'd have done with dead phones or no signal, and worry about older guests arriving late if they're not comfortable using their phones.

The room phone didn't work, the shower leaked, and the dryer was out of order. The appliances were dated, and there were cigarette butts everywhere. Under the hotel, water was leaking from some appliance, making the place look miserable. The room itself was filthy, with fungus on the wall, bugs, and mess on every piece of furniture. We couldn't open the window because of either cigarette smoke from the smoking room below or chemical smells from the tank car wash right next door. I paid another 40 euros for the dog because reception said they cared about guests' dander allergies and needed to ozone the rooms. Yet our stay ended with a doctor's visit because of an allergy to all the dust. This is more like a low-grade roadside motel than a hotel.
