I regretted booking this place for our 3-night, 4-day stay, and would strongly advise others to choose somewhere else, even if it costs a little more. I booked partly because the listing showed a 7:00 AM check-in and noon checkout, but those times were misleading. In practice, both seemed to be around 10 AM. When I tried to leave at noon as listed, the host told me to go, and I felt rushed out. I also spent much of the stay stressed by poor communication and the condition of the rooms. Before arriving in Europe, I sent emails and booking-app messages asking about check-in. They were read but went unanswered. The listing didn't clearly explain the process: you need a key to enter the building, but the host doesn't live there, so you have to call after you arrive. I called the number on the site four or five times with no answer, and only later found out they had gone to France. A different number posted outside finally got me in. One detail, unlike Google Maps, Suborno is across the street. I also found bugs, little cockroach-like things, in the kitchen and bathroom. The bedroom wasn't very clean either, with other people's hair and stains on the sheets and pillows. Towels smelled musty; I saw some left in the washing machine for a whole day, so it seemed they weren't washed promptly. Toilet paper wasn't replaced unless I asked. I texted about it, and they brought some while cleaning, but it ran out again during my stay. The guest rooms are on the third floor with no elevator, so luggage has to go up the stairs. Getting through the three doors from the entrance was frustrating, especially the second one, which could take ages to unlock. Once I spent ten minutes turning the key. On the first day I had Room 2, then asked to switch to Room 1 the next day. Room 1 had no trash can and a very shaky bed: even a cough made the other person feel it. Its fan wouldn't stay in place and looked ready to fall, and when I asked for it to be fixed, they wrapped it in tape. It was very noisy. The light switch was broken too, and I had to fiddle with it to turn the light off. The shower was another problem. I could only use the overhead sunflower showerhead, not the one attached to a regular hose for a more comfortable shower, and even the host couldn't change it. There was something laid on the shower floor, and the water mold was terrible. I booked this place because an early check-in mattered to me, and I feel I was misled. There were several places at similar prices when I searched. Please pick somewhere with good reviews. I came on a trip to enjoy myself, but Suborno upset me again and again.
