Check-in and checkout were quick and easy, and you can reach everything on foot within a few minutes, including buses, trains, supermarkets, banks, and places to eat. The room was good and everything looked new, with air conditioning, a smart TV, and good Wi-Fi. There's a big shared kitchen where you can cook, plus a washing machine. I wouldn't recommend using the washer, though. Who knows when it was last properly cleaned? It didn't look hygienic.

The street noise kept us from sleeping, and the Wi-Fi wouldn’t work in our room. The air conditioning was unreliable, then switched on at 5 a.m. and woke me. When it wasn’t cooling the room, it got so hot I felt like I couldn’t breathe. Air fresheners in every corner seemed to be there to cover the smells. There was no bathroom in my room, either. Some guests had apparently waited an hour or more for the owner to arrive and check them in, so here’s the doorbell sign for anyone who doesn’t know. We were very disappointed. It wasn’t a pleasant stay, and I wouldn’t recommend this place.

We had a great stay. The apartment and our room were clean, and the staff were warm and helpful. We could leave our suitcases in the morning without any trouble. The location is great, with lots of buses to Venice, even late at night.

I stayed at this B&B with my family this summer and really liked it. The place is in a good spot, with the bus to Venice right at the bottom of the apartment.
