We were greeted by the host, which was a nice touch, and pets are welcome. The location worked well too, with the main sights within walking distance and a supermarket and vaporetto stop just two minutes away. The apartment is roomy and has a little balcony, a large bed, an expandable sofa that sleeps four adults, TV, wardrobe and AC. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, fridge, coffee maker and coffee, cutlery, plates and cups. There are towels, shampoo, toilet paper, a shower and a clothes rack. It seems to have been renovated recently, maybe within the past year, but the cleaning afterward was pretty lacking. There was also noise from neighbors renovating, though they may have finished by now.

The apartment is on the second floor and has everything you need, plus air conditioning and a fan for the room since it can get really warm. It's on a quiet side street, away from the busy central Venice tourist areas, but you can walk everywhere. The hosts are friendly, communicate well, and are around to help if anything comes up. It's also near the linea blue vaporetto, handy for getting to or from the airport and for going to Murano.

The whole top floor is yours in this good quality apartment on the third floor. It seems to have been renovated recently and sits at the end of a long dead end, so it's quiet, with the hospital close by. The only thing that caught me by surprise was how narrow and steep the stairs up were.

The apartment was great and had everything we needed. The owner was really kind and helpful. I'd recommend staying here!
