The owner greeted us when we arrived and was very friendly. Breakfast was made for everyone each morning, with a wide choice of food. Our room and its private bathroom were both spacious and seemed recently redone. The bed was comfortable, though a couple more pillows would have been useful. I’m sure we could have asked for them. The B&B is in a convenient part of Venice, about a two-minute walk from the San Silvestro water bus stop, which made the trip from the train station easy. The rooms are large and comfortable, and I’ll stay here again when I return. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting.

The host was amazing, one of the kindest and most helpful people I’ve met. Her suggestions saved us a lot of stress, time and money. The space was excellent, breakfast was excellent too, and the air conditioning was wonderful.

Elena shared some useful Venice tips, and the coffee was so good. Breakfast was perfect, too. The place, location, and host all turned out better than we expected, and check-in was handled with great communication and real care.

Our room was spacious and clean, and I loved having a little breakfast in the courtyard each day. The location felt pleasantly tucked away and quiet, while still being central enough that getting around never felt like a hassle. Venice was magical, and Elena made us feel safe and at home. She’s friendly and welcoming, and her hospitality alone felt worth the price. This was my favorite stay of our two weeks in Italy. I’d highly recommend it to anyone wanting a home away from home in Venice.

Rialto is only about a five-minute walk away, so the location was just right. Elena gave us a warm welcome and took time to offer tips suited to what we wanted to do. Our room was quiet, clean, and really nice. Breakfast was good, and the coffee was excellent.
