We stayed by Denise for four nights and can absolutely recommend it. The hostess is kind and lovely, and makes you feel at home. The B&B is clean, cute, romantic, and private, with a lovely garden outside. There’s also a fridge in the shared kitchen for personal use. The bus stop is just a few minutes away and takes you straight to the centre of Venice. Great for anyone visiting the city.

Denise and her family made us feel so welcome, and the place was spotlessly clean. It’s also an easy bus ride into central Venice. Absolutely wonderful, the best B&B we’ve ever stayed in.

B&B Dear Venice is a great base if you’re travelling by car and want to visit Venice. It’s a chic, very clean place with a pleasant smell, good Wi-Fi, and secure parking. Bus 6 stops near the guesthouse and takes about 30 minutes to Venice. You can get tickets at the Tabaco store. Thanks to the owner DENISE for being so hospitable, especially from KIKA 😊. If you’re staying around 2 p.m., I recommend eating at OSTERIA PECORA NERA, below the bus station. I recommend staying here.

The rooms are big and have everything you need, and there’s a market and bus station nearby. The best part is the hotel holder, who helps you whenever you need something during your stay in Venice. A great place to stay.

We’ve come back here repeatedly, and I definitely recommend it. The room was comfortable, nicely furnished, very clean, and smelled fresh. Breakfast was good, parking was near the house, and it was easy to get there by car or public transport. The lady was very nice and caring.
