Dolce Laguna

I had a great stay. The room was spacious and very clean, with a beautiful view from the window, and the self check-in and check-out were easy. The information was clear and helpful, and the host provided excellent service, checking in regularly to see if I needed anything. The location is convenient, about 25 minutes by bus to the city centre and 10-15 minutes from the airport. An Uber takes about five minutes to the airport. The price was a little high 😁😁😁

It's a quiet, safe area, well maintained and very close to the airport. We managed to walk there with our cases in the morning, which was handy. I'm glad we'd tried the route the night before, though, because finding the airport entrance can be a bit tricky. Having nobody else there felt a bit stressful, and we nearly got locked out once. After searching around, we found our way in ourselves. There are different doors for different rooms, and they lock at different times of day. Still, it was a very good stay, in a quiet area within walking distance of the airport.

The balcony had a nice view, and both the room and the towels were clean. The towels were soft, too. It's close to the airport, almost a 15-minute walk, and self check-in is a great idea. There are stairs right at the first entrance, which makes carrying luggage up to the room difficult for guests coming from the airport. I didn't see any nearby elevators. The pillow wasn't comfortable, and slippers would be a good thing to provide.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and secure, and it's close to the airport, but I was extremely disappointed by the breakfast. There was no proper breakfast, just crackers and instant coffee, and breakfast was the reason I booked, since I wanted a quick bite before going to the airport. It's fully automated, with no staff there.
