They made an early check-in possible even though I booked at the last minute. The place was clean and in a really good location. The owner was polite and got back to me quickly every time I reached out. Everything was perfect, thank you!

Inside, the apartment had everything you need, and it was lovely and very central. It could have been a perfect stay, but the hostess Raphaella was really rude and unhappy that we dropped our luggage 30 minutes before check-in. Everywhere else, they didn’t mind us leaving bags even three hours early. The second bed hadn’t been made, and she wouldn’t answer my messages about it, so I slept without bedding 🥹. The hot water wasn’t switched on either, and we had to work out how to turn it on with no instructions.

Alvise was a great host and gave us lots of excellent restaurant recommendations. The apartment was modern, nicely furnished, and had a great kitchen with everything we needed. It’s beside a small canal with a Gondola stop, just a few minutes from both Rialtobridge and Piazza San Marco.
