The room was a real highlight for us: quiet despite the busy road nearby, with a very comfortable bed, plenty of outlets (including by the bedside), a minibar that kept drinks cold, lovely smelling toiletries, and good towels. The lobby also looked stylish and welcoming, and the reception team were professional, helpful, and spoke excellent English. Getting around was straightforward. A public bus stops right outside and goes to and from the airport, though it can be crowded with local riders as well as travellers. The main train station is about a 20 to 30 minute walk and has direct connections into Venice. We skipped the hotel breakfast and picked up yoghurt and fruit at the nearby SPAR supermarket. We were less pleased with how the spa fee was explained. After a day exploring Venice, we asked how to use it and were told to come back when ready. We changed into swimwear, returned downstairs, got towels, and gave our room number. Only then did we learn there was an extra charge, with no price mentioned. It wasn't a major problem, but knowing about the fee when we first asked or at check-in would have helped us decide. We had a very enjoyable stay and would happily return. The hotel is attractive and comfortable, well placed, and staffed by friendly professionals.

Great hotel and breakfast. The location is spot on, just 4 minutes from the T1 tram stop. One heads-up, if you're over 1.70, avoid a fifth-floor room or you'll hit your head on the ceiling.

The spa was lovely, and after two days exploring and walking over 24,000 steps each day, it was exactly what we needed. We also booked a treatment, which was really good. The staff were friendly and helpful, and our lovely room was cleaned every day. There are plenty of nearby places for food and drinks, and getting into Venice was easy. We stayed here while visiting the city and would highly recommend it if you don't want to be right in the heart of Venice.

The staff were welcoming and polite, and always ready to help. We really liked staying here 😍 The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, and we didn't spot any downsides. A perfect choice for a trip to Venice. I'd absolutely recommend it!

Marco at reception was consistently kind and helpful, assisting us at all hours. Is there anyone else working the front desk? He made a real difference to our stay. The hotel has been recently renovated and, over time, our experience improved. The location is convenient for Venice, the airport, and the train station, and breakfast was decent. Still, housekeeping needs attention. At first, the room was missing proper mattress and pillow covers, though this was fixed after we raised it. The AC/ventilation and bedside charging port also didn't work at first, and took several days to get sorted. Most of the problems were eventually addressed, but the delays and lack of proactive communication were disappointing. Service and responsiveness could be more in line with what you'd expect from a 4-star hotel.
