Barbara, the manager and owner, was amazing, friendly, and extremely helpful. Her guide to Venice was really useful, and she knows the area so well. The hotel is perfectly located, with a convenient bus route into Venice and to the airport. Our room was immaculate and the shower was hot. Thanks for a perfect stay, Barbara. We’re more than 100% happy. Lee & Lorna

We stayed in September, and Barbara made the visit feel warm and welcoming, almost like being at home. She was very helpful with advice on getting to the island and finding food. The bed and breakfast has a lovely garden for good weather and a tasty breakfast. It’s close to the islands of Venice and Venice Airport. It’s a quiet, pleasant place, and I recommend it :)

The garden is beautiful, and there’s a shop nearby for anything you need. The hotel is close to a bus stop with service to Venice, and there’s also a car park if needed. Our room was spacious and very clean, breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly. The woman at reception was especially nice and helpful. I’ll definitely book again when I come to Venice.

Barbara was a hospitable host who gave us all the information we needed and helped a lot. The place is peaceful and suitable for families, with an amazing location close to Venice. You can get there on buses 5 or 19.

We were there for just one night, and had a really good experience. The host was amazing, and the place felt like home. The location is good too: the bus stop is a two-minute walk away, and the ride to Venice takes about 10 minutes. It’s also 10 minutes from VCE airport. If you want a cool, nice, calm place to sleep, go there.
