The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the hospitality was close to perfect 😊. All in all, it was worth the money.

The staff were very friendly, and the room was clean, fairly comfortable, and cheap. It was really great value for money, and I recommend the place if you just need somewhere to sleep. I'm not giving it five stars because it isn't luxury. Still, it saved my night in Mestre. I'd booked elsewhere, but the reception was closed, leaving me without a hotel at 11:30 p.m. on May 1st. I arrived here desperate, and somehow they had a room available. It was very decent, and I wasn't expecting a palace.

I travel for work a lot, and this was the worst place I’ve ever stayed. The rooms were run-down, with rusty radiators and a broken wardrobe, and there were mites everywhere. Sleeping there felt like lying on nettles. When I told the owner about the cobwebs and mites, she laughed and said, “Hahahaha, complain about them hahahahaha.” Terrible. I’d give it less than one star if I could. I can’t understand how a place like this is still open. I really wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
