The only downside was the cigarette smell in the bathroom. There was a no-smoking sign in the room, so someone probably ignored it, which isn't the hotel's fault. Otherwise, the place was very clean, and they cleaned our room every day even while we were staying. The owner and service were amazing. The room had a TV and mini fridge, and we had access to a kitchen with everything we needed. Towels and shower soap were provided. Breakfast was included, with a choice of croissant and coffee or other drinks, and was decent for the room price. The buses are nearby for getting to Venice. I'd come back.

The outside doesn't look particularly appealing, but inside it's lovely, with beautiful rooms and a lift. It's very quiet, and the owners are friendly and helpful. They gave us advice and assistance, and there's a bus to Venice right across the street. You can buy passes at the desk. Breakfast came with fresh homemade croissants and cappuccino made to order. This is a beautiful, privately run hotel. I'd definitely recommend it, and I'm already planning to return on my next visit to Venice.

We spent one night at Albergo Nuova Aurora and had an awesome time. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included, with plenty of options, and it was really good. It was great value for the price and conveniently located. We'd definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The croissants were one of the best things we ate on the trip, and breakfast was included in the price. The hotel is just minutes from a bus stop, which made getting around Venice much easier. Our room was clean and cozy. Although we checked in early, the staff quickly cleaned it, changed the bedding, and made sure it was hygienic. We were also allowed to check in earlier than usual after a tiring journey. Farid, the administrator, arranged this promptly and explained public transport routes and accommodation recommendations for staying in Venice. He was professional, friendly, and especially considerate of our needs. Our stay at Hotel New Aurora Venice from October 10th to 11th, 2025 was very pleasant. The hospitality and attention to detail made our short visit comfortable, and the hotel met and even exceeded our expectations. We'd happily recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming, comfortable place in Venice. Liailia Bairamova & Victoria Sidorova

The beds were comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. There's a bus stop right outside, so it's easy to get to central Venice. For a short stay, you don't need much more. The bathroom was shared, but still clean and always available.
