I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place stood out. I needed somewhere at the last minute, around 10 pm on a Friday, and they found me a private suite at a very affordable rate. The hosts were kind and accommodating, and they clean at least once a day, so everything stayed in great shape. You can tell they work hard to maintain a high standard. It has a charming feel, with the bus stop for Venice a three-minute walk away and the train station about ten minutes on foot. I’ll definitely stay again when I’m back in Venice.

They took care of my bike while I was away in the Dolomites. Great host, clean place, and a good location. It was very quiet at night, with clean air conditioning.

A very clean budget hotel, about a 15-minute bus ride from Venice. The air conditioning in the room was heavenly, and a large grocery store is around a five-minute walk away. There’s a shared room with a microwave, cutlery, and a fridge, though no sink, so you have to return to your own room to wash dishes.

The owners were so friendly and welcoming, and happy to help with any questions. The room was nice and clean, and the location worked well: a four-minute walk to the bus station, then about 15 minutes to Venice. I really recommend this budget hotel.

This is a budget hotel, so it won’t suit you if you want somewhere fancy, but it was much better than we expected. I felt safe, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were friendly. The bus stop for Venice was a three-minute walk away, followed by about a ten-minute ride. The owners and staff were having trouble with their card reader, so we had to pay cash. They let us settle up the next day instead of making us haul our luggage to a nearby ATM before getting settled. I’d definitely stay again. What more could I ask for?
