10/10
The location was peaceful, away from Venice's busy streets, but still a pleasant 20-minute walk to San Marco. Supermarkets, bars, and restaurants were nearby. The apartment was bright and roomy, with a spotless bathroom and very fast WiFi throughout. It was stocked with both ground coffee and capsules. The bedroom was quiet, the bed comfortable, and the closet spacious. There was also a large TV in the bedroom. The owner was very kind and gave us clear directions.

The apartment felt elegant and in keeping with Venice, with a sea view and a garden. Hygiene was impeccable, and the central location and friendly service stood out. I've stayed in many apartments in Venice, and this one is truly excellent.

The landlady was nice, and the apartment was charming, spacious, and well equipped. It had a cute balcony and was in a quiet spot between the Garden and the Arsenal.
