The host made us feel welcome and explained things clearly, including how to catch the bus to Venice, where to get tickets, and some good places to eat nearby. The bus stop is only a two-minute walk away. The room was tidy and comfortable, with plenty of space and a clean bathroom. Heating worked perfectly, and the neighborhood felt very safe. I really enjoyed my stay. The location is hard to beat, close to Venezia station, and it was easy to get around without even checking a map. A great option for comfort, safety, and convenience when visiting Venice.

We only stayed one night, but would happily have stayed a few more if we could. The room was comfortable and clean, the host was great, and the bus to Venice is just a few steps away, taking around 10 minutes. Thanks a lot, and see you!

The host was great and spoke English really well. They gave us a map of Venice and pointed out some interesting places to visit. The place is cozy and conveniently located, with bus stops and trains to Venice about a five-minute walk away. Take bus 4L and you'll reach Venice in 10 minutes. The room is a little outdated, though, and the Wi-Fi was the worst ever, almost nonexistent.

The only real advantages are the price and a nearby bus stop. The property wasn't cleaned properly: there was dust almost everywhere, and the owner hadn't managed to get it cleaned on our check-in day. Breakfast was just two biscuits, some jam, and a cheap croissant, so it's better to eat out.

The guy who welcomed us was very kind and gave us a map, plus tips for getting to and from Venice and taking the airport bus. The service was very good. The place itself was okay. The AC filter was probably dusty, since I got allergies. Wi-Fi in room 4 was extremely weak and didn't work as expected, almost like having none at all. Breakfast was very basic and poor.
