Quirinus Venetia Properties

We stayed here as a family with two kids and found the place comfortable and secure. The apartment had a well-equipped kitchen, and we cooked there before taking the bus into Venice, about a 20-minute ride. A ticket cost 1.5 euros per person, and the stop was close by. The building has a lift, and the air conditioning and Wi-Fi worked very well. It’s in a very quiet part of town, with an excellent supermarket nearby and a nice coffee shop in the building. The property was also easy to communicate with, and the private garage parking inside the building felt very secure.

The apartments are new, and there’s underground parking at the property. For someone arriving in Mestre by car and happy to stay outside Venice, it’s a solid choice. You can drive into Venice too and find reasonably cheap parking. The main drawback is the distance from Venice. Check-in and check-out times are strict, but that’s how it is.

The staff were very accommodating, and getting to Venice from here was easy. The apartment was a pleasure to stay in, even for just one night. The construction materials and finishes were high quality, the furniture was upscale, and the bathroom was first class. Highly recommend it.

It’s a modern, very well-kept apartment and a nice place to stay. Just keep in mind that it’s about 10 km from Venezia. The bus takes roughly 35 to 40 minutes to get there.
