The place has enough amenities, a comfortable bed and space, and it’s near the bus stop. The Wi-Fi was fast, and you get in by entering a code, so there’s no need for a key. There’s an Indian restaurant within walking distance.

The welcome was excellent, and everyone was kind and very available. The apartments are spacious, with convenient parking. Everything was newly furnished and spotlessly clean, and there are restaurants, shopping centers, and McDonald's nearby. It’s in a handy location for getting to Venice. The bus stop is walkable, and Piazzale Roma is just a 10-minute ride away. I’ll definitely stay here again when I return to Venice!

We stayed here in July 2025. The room itself was clean and cozy, but there was a persistent unpleasant fish smell because there’s a restaurant on the ground floor. Be prepared for the amount you paid through Booking not to be the full price. After the booking was confirmed, they demanded a completely different amount. No receipt was provided for these extra charges, and they didn’t properly explain what the money was for. They insisted on cash only. They called and sent texts demanding payment at 1 a.m., while we were resting after a long journey. After we shouted, they finally gave us a bill, but even that still didn’t match the actual amount. That’s how it went.
