The apartment is on the first floor, up about 10 or so steps. We saw another review describing lots of stairs, but I think they may have mixed it up with somewhere else. The photos below show the window as seen from our dinner table, so the kids could keep an eye on us. It was hot while we were there, and having cold AC in every room made a real difference. The place itself was bright, roomy, and very clean, tucked just around the corner from everything, handy for sightseeing yet quiet. With our 3 kids, it was great to have dinner at the excellent restaurant across from the apartment while they stayed home. My wife and I got an incredible date night.

The photos are right: it's on the 2nd floor, but only a handful of steps lead to the entrance. The apartment itself was lovely, spacious, and clean. I think the review about all those stairs must be about another place.

We had everything we needed in this clean, comfortable flat, and the owner was very kind. Six of us from three generations stayed here two years ago. It's a beautiful, spacious place in the city center, and we'd definitely like to return. One tip: getting the key to work takes a little practice, so it's best to try it while there's still daylight.
