We had a wonderful vacation at Rosy's place, and I'll definitely recommend it to friends. The new apartment is clean, welcoming, and well located for transport into Venice. Rosy is very kind and keen to help make your stay memorable. I hope to return.

Rosy's home is peaceful, welcoming, clean, and tastefully furnished, with a beautiful view. Sara is a lovely, helpful host, and I definitely recommend staying here.

The house is new and we got a wonderful welcome. It's beautifully furnished and has lots of comforts. The kitchen has everything you need for a pleasant stay, including a dishwasher. The area is really convenient for getting to Venice. Truly lovely, I highly recommend it.

The apartment is beautiful and clean, and we got a warm welcome in a nice Italian neighborhood with fewer tourists. There's no sitting area, which is a shame, but the double bathroom and beautiful finishes help make up for it.

If she keeps the house, there are more comfortable, better-equipped places for people who actually want to sleep. I wouldn't stay there even for free. It looks like my grandmother's house. I'd like to, but I just can't. That's how I feel.
